1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on hair extensions that have been used, washed, or worn in any way. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit for eligible purchases made within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please email us at [Your Email] with a detailed explanation and clear photo proof of the issue. Our team will review your request and get back to you.


2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping carrier's processing time. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.


3. What if my order tracking says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it?

Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or USPS for assistance in locating your package.


5. Why was my order canceled?

If your order is canceled by us for any reason, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. Some common reasons for cancellations include payment issues, inventory shortages, or order verification problems.


6. How much does shipping cost?

We offer the following shipping rates:

  • FREE standard shipping on orders over $79.
  • $10 flat-rate standard shipping.
  • $22 for express shipping.

7. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the UPS or USPS website.


8. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, be sure to get in touch with us immediately at yourbeautybrand8@gmail.com. We can update your address only if your order has not been processed yet. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.


9. Do you offer international shipping?
