That being said, we do offer exchanges or store credit under specific conditions. To qualify, items must be in brand-new condition and the request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Hair extensions that have been used, washed, or worn in any way are not eligible for exchange or return.

Clearance & Special Sale Items

All clearance products, including special sale listings, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions about a clearance item before purchasing, please contact us to clarify the details.

No, please do not send any products back without first reaching out to us. The return address may be different from our shipping warehouse, and we also need to confirm your tracking details before accepting the return.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it is in brand-new condition, we will process your exchange or store credit within 1-2 business days.

We recommend using UPS for shipping, as it typically takes 2-5 business days for packages to arrive.
